I enthusiastically endorse Bpd global as an important source of education and support for those whose family members suffer from Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I have collaborated with Sandy Boone (the founder of Bpd Global), since 2001, while she was volunteering with other organizations. We have worked together for the past 11 years to provide education about BPD and available treatment to professionals and family members throughout the San Diego Community and Southern California Region.

In 2005, while working for another organization, Sandy started the first weekend workshop to educate family members and significant others onsite at the UCSD Department of Psychiatry Outpatient Psychiatric Services in central San Diego. Since that time UCSD has hosted two Workshops a year and also the first Thursday self-help groups. Sandy always incorporates the most current scientific information into her programs and provides up to date information on available treatment resources both public and private. I look forward to our continued collaboration on behalf of family members and those who struggle with BPD.
